Ada Ann Smith, 68, of Gray, departed this life on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Corbin.
She was born on March 3, 1950 in Knox County, to the late Woodson Smith and Ressie (Hibbard) Smith. She was a member of Hazel Fork Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by five children, Charlie Smith (wife Tina) of Woodbine, Calvin Smith (wife Danielle) of Gray, Willard Smith (wife Amanda) of Corbin, Audrey Dozier of Gray, and Jennifer Smith of Gray; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Judy Smith of Girdler, Linda Middleton of Corbin, and Bonnie Dozier of Gray; four brothers, Lonnie Smith of Siler, Joe Smith of Barbourville, James Smith of Gray, and Randy Smith of Gray; many nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held Monday, April 23, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Johnson, Rev. Dan Watkins, and Claude Medlan officiating.
Following the service she was laid to rest in the Troutman Family Cemetery in Gray.
