Alice (Brooks) Norman

Alice (Brooks) Norman, age 80, of Elk Valley, Pioneer, Tennessee passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her home. She was born July 6, 1945, in Harlan, Kentucky.
Alice was a long-time member of the Elk Fork Baptist Church.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Norman; daughter, Virginia Mae Norman; son, Russell “Rusty” Norman; daughter-in-law, Angela Norman; parents, Virgil and Ida (Perkins) Brooks; brothers, Harold Brooks, and Carl Brooks.
She is survived by sons, Jerry and Deena Norman, Dewey and Jennifer Madison and family; grandson, Chris and Coleen Norman; granddaughter, Amanda and Ken Hill; daughter-in-law, Dawn Norman; daughter, Jamie and Tom Cuneo; and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved like her own kids; and a multitude of friends and family to mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Monday, December 22, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be at 12 pm on Tuesday, December 23, at Elk Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Jake Lay and Rev. Ben Lay officiating.
Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery.
