Allen Powers

Allen Powers, age 81 of Clairfield, Tennessee passed away Friday July 15, 2022, at his home.
He was born March 23, 1941, in Bell County, Kentucky.
Allen is preceded in death by, father, Rev. Chestel Powers, mother, Ola (Partin) Powers; brothers, Mark Anthony Powers, Rev. Ulis Powers, and Willie Powers; sister, Dutch Chamberlin.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sally Ruth (Jones) Powers; son, Johnny Allen Powers and wife Michele; daughter, Theresa Gilsdorf and husband Frank, grandchildren, Katie Willcutt, Spencer Genson and Rob Lorenzo; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Alfred Ray Powers and wife Pat, and Randy Powers and wife Garline; sisters, Jeanie Lowe and husband Roy, Nancy Buress, Judy Dixon and husband Fred, Lola Owens, and Jenny Lou Bowsher and husband Dennis; special friend, Puny Lowe; and host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
Service was Monday July 18, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was private in Hamblin Cemetery in Clarifield, TN.
