Alvis Lee Roy Bills, 83, of Jellico, TN passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Lafollette Medical Center.
He was born September 21, 1934 in Jellico.
Lee Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Lissie Thomas Bills; brothers, Frank Robert Bills, Danny Bills, Isaac Virgil Edward Bills; sisters, Ruby Nadena Bills, Ethel Wilda Bills; one niece, one nephew and a grand-nephew.
He is survived by brothers, Carter Bills, Perry Bills; sisters, Thelma Bills, Polly Bills; twenty-nine nieces and nephews he helped raise.
Lee Roy’s wishes were to be cremated.
