Anna Geraldine Haywood Sullivan, 90, formerly of Williamsburg, passed from this life on July 5, 2018.
She was a graduate from Williamsburg High School, but became a citizen of Knoxville, TN, where she raised her family and lived the rest of her life.
Geraldine and her husband attended Hillcrest United Methodist Church and in recent years became members of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church. She loved her family and friends.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Pope Sullivan; also predeceased by parents Cordie and Oscar Haywood; brother James Haywood; grandparents, James and Anna Sproule; daughters Sandra Sullivan Chambers and Gisele Ann Sullivan; survived by grandchildren Lexann Chambers (special caregiver), BJ Chambers and special granddaughter Anna Gisele Terrell; in-laws Lee and Genia Doane, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Colonial Heights United Methodist Church.
A private interment was held in Williamsburg at the Emlyn Cemetery on Monday, July 9.
