Annasue Davis, age 77, of Williamsburg, KY passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Baptist Health Corbin. She was born April 14, 1944 in Whitley County, KY to the late Dr. Raymond and Maxine Maiden Sanders. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Davis, and a brother, Ray Sanders. She graduated from the University of Tennessee. She lived several years in Reno, NV with her late husband. She returned home to Williamsburg where she served her community and First Baptist Church with dedication and love.
She is survived by cousins, Vivian Woods (Greg), Jeanne Crist, Janet Probst (Paul), Joan Barrett (Harold), Timm Henderlight (Marisa), and Brandon Woods; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Memorial service will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 5, 2021 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Ande Myers officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11:30 AM until the memorial service hour Monday, July 5, at First Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church at 230 S. 5th Street, Williamsburg, KY 40769.
