Budget sparks debate among Corbin City Commissioners

The Corbin City Commission passed the first reading of the city’s $11.420 million budget for the 2016-17 fiscal year, but for the second year in a row, the vote was not unanimous.

Commissioner Suzie Razmus, who cast the lone “no” vote in 2015, stood alone again.
