Blaze destroys home that Mullis’ family had owned for 40 years

Despite the efforts of four fire departments and the use of more than 20,000 gallons of water, firefighters were unable to save this Taylor Circle home early Tuesday morning.

“It’s heartbreaking. I have a lot of memories in this house,” Terry Mullis said about his family home on Taylor Circle that was destroyed by fire early Tuesday morning.
