Brenda Joyce Bowman Pennington, 73, of Speedwell, TN passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 her home.
She was born October 27, 1943 in Clairfield, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James “Hoss” and Annie Rose Bowman; and brother, Rev. Jimmy Ray Bowman.
She is survived by three sons, Floyd Ray Pennington, Bryant Allen Pennington, James Robert Pennington; three daughters, Sherry Lynn Pennington, Joann Michelle Pennington, Anna Marrie Ellison; twenty-one grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
The funeral was held Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Clairfield Freewill Baptist Church.
Burial followed in the Pennington Cemetery (Speedwell, TN.)
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
