Brown arrested after vehicle chase in two states

A Williamsburg man allegedly lead police on a vehicle chase from Kentucky into Tennessee and then back into Kentucky late Sunday evening that ended shortly after a Whitley County Sheriff’s deputy used spike strips to disable the man’s vehicle.
