Businessman wants to buy lot next to The Corbin Center to build hotel

A local businessman is seeking to purchase a large parking lot adjacent to The Corbin Center so he can build a hotel there, and the Corbin City Commission is considering the offer.

Re/Max Realtor Eric Smith addressed the Corbin City Commission Monday regarding an offer by his client, Jason Handy, to purchase a lot adjacent to The Corbin Center so he can build a Courtyard by Marriott there.
