Carl David Bush, 52, of LaFollette, TN passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his home.
He was born on March 11, 1966 to Mark Bush and Aileen Bush in Newark, New York.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Heather Capps, of LaFollette, TN; children, Codi Bush, of Erin, TN; Nathanial Bush, Samuel Bush, and McKayla Bush, all of LaFollette, TN; grandchildren, Carter Bush and Laeli Bush; sister, Casey Cantrell, of Waverly, TN; several step-brothers and step-sisters; special friend and neighbor, Lula Overbey and family, of LaFollette, TN; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.
The graveside funeral and burial services were held Saturday, September 29, at Peabody Cemetery located on U.S. Highway 25-W in the Duff Community of LaFollette, TN with the Rev. Jasper Walden officiating.
Cox & Son Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of all arrangements.
