Carolyn Jane Collins, 85, of Jellico, TN passed away Wednesday April 11, 2018 at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home in Jellico.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, George and Anna Lindsay; father of her children, John Bill Collins; sons, Michael and Kenneth Collins; brothers, Billy Joe and John Paul Lindsay.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra McGuair (George) of Jean, NV; son, Robert Collins (Virginia) of Jellico, TN; sisters; Jackie Dowdy (Brooks) and Mary Perkins; brother, Larry Lindsay (Charlette), four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren many nieces, nephews and friends to mourn her passing.
The graveside service was held Thursday April 12, at the Jellico, Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Walker officiating.
The Llewellyn Funeral Home was honored to service the Collins family.
