Carolyn Sue Ballard, age 75, of Corbin, passed away on June 30, 2021.
Funeral service for Carolyn were held Monday, July 5, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Cox Cemetery in Gray, Kentucky.
Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
