Case against W’Burg man accused of beating another man to death to be heard by Whitley County Grand Jury

A Williamsburg man accused of beating another man to death earlier this month outside of Mt. Morgan Apartments will now have his case presented to a Whitley County grand jury following a preliminary hearing on Monday.
