A friendly, caring person, Dewayne always had a smile bringing good cheer to others. Larry Joe Angel, Sr., age 61, of Croley Bend Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, December 9, 2019, at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on May 1, 1958, in Jellico, Tennessee, to the late Roosevelt Mart and Marie (White) Angel. Charles E. Moore, age 87, of Corbin, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Baptist Health Corbin. Survivors include his wife, Eulene Parkey Moore. Veronica Carr Rains, age 68, of Mountain View Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at her home.  She was born on July 9, 1951 in Pineville, Kentucky, to the late Floyd and Thelma (Anderson) Carr. Everett A. Shekleton Jr. age 73, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was born in Boston, MA, to the late Everett A. Shekleton and Evelyn Files Shekleton.  Everett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Chemical Engineering before completing his Master’s degree in Business from Syracuse University. He was the owner and operator of Betty’s Flowers in Corbin for over 40 years. An active member of Grace On The Hill Methodist Church, where he was the director of the Food Pantry since 2009.
