He was born on December 11, 1970 in Corbin to Stewart Edward Hardesty and Midge (Fuller) Hardesty.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Ora Stanhope.
David was an avid supporter of youth programs in Corbin and the surrounding areas. He enjoyed his time hunting, fishing and any outdoor activities. Most of all he loved being a Dad.
