She was born on January 15, 1932 in Blackey, to the late Kernie Day and Iva (Huddleston) Day. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Siler; daughter, Iva Bunch; two brothers, Bobby and Danny Day and three sisters, Mahala Hall, Mildred White and Jean Dowdell. Roy Christopher Wilson, 51, of Corbin passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born March 22, 1967, in Corbin. A man who loved the Lord, Chris was a gifted musician. Although he played several instruments, he especially enjoyed piano and guitar. His other interests were fishing and the UK Wildcats. She was born on August 23, 1942 in Corbin, to the late William Shelley and Elizabeth (Anderson) Shelley. Gary R. Partin, 63, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018. Born August 28, 1954 in Baltimore, MD, he grew up in Kentucky and moved to Florida in 1989 from Tennessee. With a great love for all music, Gary had a God given gift for singing and playing guitar. He was a talented artist and enjoyed drawing, reading and history. He served in the U.S. Army. Roy Lee Williams, 89, of Hebron, KY and formerly of Wilton, passed away Saturday morning, May 26, 2018 in Cincinnati, OH. He is survived by his wife, Jo Carroll Williams. The funeral service was held Tuesday at the Rossland Holiness Church at Gray with Rev. Claude Medlin officiating. Burial was in Brafford Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion Post 88 honor guard. Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Orval R. Reeves, 75, of Corbin, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the Wells Hospice Care Center at Hazard, KY. The funeral service was held Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. He was laid to rest at the Slate Hill Cemetery near London.

Delphine Lewallen, 87, of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday May 24, 2018 at Jellico Community Hospital. She was born May 4, 1931 in Whitley County, to the late Frank and Susie Ball Gibson. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters; Bessie Nelson and Deloris Perkins, two brothers; John Gibson and T.B. Gibson.
