  Janet S. Painter, 60, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at her home. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 25,  at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Roots Branch Cemetery near Clay County. Pallbearers will be Tim Swafford, William Collins, Calvin McNeeley, Bradley Higgins, R.J. Fryman, and Bobby Smith. Sherry Lynn Creekmore Croley,  54, of Highway 92 East, Williamsburg,  departed this life on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at her home. James Edward Fox,  45, of Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday, June 21st, 2016 at Baptist Health Lexington. Lola Mae Day,  91, the wife of the late Charles A . Day, of Spruce Street, Corbin,  passed away on Tuesday at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 17,  in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel (formerly Corbin Funeral Home) with Bro. Barry Farris officiating.
