Jerome “Jerry” Nickolas Pavelski, 76, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at his home.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 20, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Austin Carty officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. Monday until the time of the funeral.
