Charles Rains, age 81, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Monday, October 19, 2026 at Baptist Health Corbin. He was born December 2, 1944 to the late Martin and Edith Paul Rains. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Margie “Punk” Rains, one son, Sam Watson Jr., and one brother, Jeff Rains. Charles was a member of New Life Church in Williamsburg, KY.
