Charles Finley Bowlin, Jr., 69, of Dayton, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Hospice of Dayton. He was born October 28, 1949 in Jellico, Tennessee.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Charles Finley Bowlin, Sr.; mother, Eva Mae Potter Bowlin; and sister, Jinah Sue Smith.
He is survived by sisters, Joann Jones and husband J.E., Phyllis Seiber; special friend, Barbara Coomer; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was held Wednesday, August 21, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bruce Dixon and Phyllis Seiber officiating.
Burial followed in the Jellico Cemetery.
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico is in charge of arrangements.
