Childress attempts to get blood alcohol results suppressed; judge denies motion

A Williamsburg man, who allegedly ran over and killed a man out walking his dog along a sidewalk about five months ago, has asked a Whitley County circuit judge to throw out the results of his blood alcohol test, which was taken after the crash.

However, based on the judge’s preliminary ruling Tuesday afternoon, it doesn’t look as if the defendant will be successful in his efforts.
