City of W’burg asks for Hall lawsuit to be dismissed and attorney costs

Days after a federal judge rejected the efforts of a local man to back out of a settlement agreement with the last remaining defendants in his federal court lawsuit, the remaining defendants are now asking for the case to be dismissed because the defendant won’t sign settlement documents.
