The Whitley County Cooperative Extension’s Office of Agriculture and Natural Resources will be hosting its Annual Farm Field Day event on Friday, Aug. 30, at the Whitley County Fairgrounds on Savoy-Clear Creek Road in Williamsburg.
Activities will get underway at 9 a.m. that morning, and will continue until approximately 1 p.m. that afternoon.
This year’s Farm Field Day will include farm safety demonstrations, a sheep handling demonstration, equipment displays, educational booths and much more.
Those who needs to complete the range portion of their hunter’s safety evaluation will also be able to do so at the event.
In addition to free lunch being provided thanks to donations from several area businesses, drawings will be held for several door prizes as well.
