Corbin City Commission discusses future of veteran’s memorial banner program

How long should the veterans banners, which are displayed on Corbin light poles, stay up? When the banners wear out, who should pay to replace them? The city is running out of room on the light poles to display all the veterans’ banners. What should the city do about that?
