According to police, Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy Mikey Ashurst received a cell phone call from a “hysterical female” jogging on Master Street in Corbin. She told Ashurst that a man was following her and “screaming vulgar slurs at her.”

After obtaining a description of the man, Ashurst located and arrested Travis W. Hall, 30, and charged him with terroristic threatening, disorderly conduct, menacing, public intoxication (methamphetamine).

Hall was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center where he remained Tuesday morning.

Knox County Constable Brandon Bolton assisted on the arrest.
