Corbin man pleads guilty in rock assault

A Corbin man facing an assault charge for allegedly hitting another man in the head with a rock Thursday night entered a plea agreement to avoid more jail time Tuesday.

Twenty-year-old Jesse Robinson, who had been charged with second-degree assault, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault at a preliminary hearing in Laurel District Court.
