Corbin’s Walmart was named the Walmart Supercenter of the Year.
The recognition reflects, “exceptional performance, customer service and community engagement across the company’s nationwide fleet of stores,” said company officials.
The award was presented during the company’s Year Beginning Meetings in Houston.
“My associates work as a team creating meaningful moments with our customers and each other. They take ownership and pride in their areas and truly care about serving our customers,” said Store Manager Toshua Harrell.
The store’s team volunteers for Earth Day clean-ups, handing out candy downtown for Halloween on Main, helps with Shop with a Cop events, and supports the Empty Stocking Fund. Team members also served meals to families in need in partnership with the White Flag Ministry.
