Cumberlands answers lawsuit, denies wrongdoing

The University of the Cumberlands is denying any wrongdoing in its answer to a lawsuit that was filed against the school on Nov. 9 by a former U of C football player, who was allegedly assaulted last year by another football player and an ex-football player, who had been kicked out of school.
