Danny Joe Perry, 69, of Little Wolf Creek Road, Williamsburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Williamsburg Health and Rehab in Williamsburg.
He was born on January 1, 1947 in Whitley County, to Andrew Perry and Leona Moses Perry.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Stevens Perry of Williamsburg; son, Daniel Joseph Perry (Linda) of Williamsburg; daughter, Kathy Perry of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Tyler Perry (Kayla) and Haley Perry, both of Williamsburg; step-grandchildren, Jessica Faulkner (Dustin) of Rockholds and Ashley Gray (Chad) of London; sisters, Lucy Owens of Williamsburg and Dorothy Towe of Corbin; brother, Don Perry of Williamsburg; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service was held Friday, December 9, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marion Cook and Rev. Mike Moses officiating.
He was laid to rest in the Little Wolf Creek Church of God Cemetery.
