David Blankenship, 64, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019.

Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial was in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

Hart Funeral Home of Corbin was in charge of the arrangements.
