David Shillings, 78, of Jellico, TN passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at his home.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 3 p.m. Saturday, July 23.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 23, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Junior Dople and Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating.
Burial will be in the Douglas Cemetery in the Wooldridge Community
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
