Dennis Keith Parsons, 67 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Tuesday at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
He is survived by his Aunt Loretta Moore of Knoxville, TN, as well as many cousins and friends.
Graveside services and burial was conducted Saturday afternoon at the Felts Chapel Cemetery in Corbin with Rev. James Russell officiating.
Laurel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
