Dorcas Moses, 89 of the Emlyn Community Williamsburg, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Baptist Health of Corbin.
She was born September 18, 1927 in Whitley County, to the late Ben and Martha Brown Morris. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Moses.
She is survived by six children: Wanda Wolfe, Earl Moses Jr. (Brenda), Bessie Ball (Virgil), Danny Moses (Priscilla), Audrey Beavers, and Mary Collier (Ronnie) all of Williamsburg; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held Sunday August 13, at Emlyn Church of God with Rev. Harold Long and Rev. Russell Creekmore officiating.
Interment followed at Emlyn Cemetery.
