A vehicle struck an individual walking on KY 3041, the Corbin bypass.
Roger Harris, 33, of Tennessee was struck by the passenger mirror of a 2001 Dodge Caravan driven by Ashley Estes, 25, of Williamsburg.
The accident took place 10:23 p.m. on June 6. Estes was headed towards U.S. 25 W.
Officer Justin Walker responded to the accident and stated that while Estes said that Harris was walking in the road, Estes said he was walking in the gravel beside the road.
Harris received first aid at the scene and was then transported to Baptist Health for further treatment.
