Drug overdose report at residence leads to child endangerment charges

A report regarding a suspected drug overdose early Saturday evening near Corbin led to the arrest of a couple on charges of child abuse and child endangerment. The charges were filed after suspected fentanyl and a registered sex offender were found inside their residence, according to a Whitley County Sheriff’s Department release and court documents.
