Durham indicted for kidnapping teenager

A Whitley County Grand Jury indicted a Corbin man Monday morning for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl last month.

Charles Durham has been indicted for kidnapping, sexual abuse and fourth-degree assault of a teenager.
