Dwayne Hampton Wilson

Dwayne Hampton Wilson, age 55, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky. He was born on January 27, 1966 to George Wilson and the late Betty (Hampton) Wilson in Lexington, KY.
Dwayne lived his life as a true servant of God.
There was never a day that passed that he did not lift his life up to God. We are truly blessed to hand him over into the arms of our Father.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, George Davis (Davey) Wilson, III.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Wilson, of Corinth, KY; son, Miles Wilson, of Canton, GA; daughters, Emily Joe Wilson, Charlotte Wilson, Frances Wilson, and Evalee Wilson, of Corinth, KY; father, George Wilson, of Williamstown, KY; sister, Johnna Maran, of Roswell, GA; and brother, Dwayne Tatum, of Dry Ridge, KY. His aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and all of his friends, neighbors, and other relatives mourn his passing.
The funeral service was Sunday, December 19, at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial followed in the Douglas Cemetery.
