Edgar Meadors and Eilene Moore were married on June 12, 1946 at the home of Eilene’s grandfather, the Reverend G.T. Marsee.
The Reverend Isham Davis performed the ceremony in Williamsburg. Eilene was 17 and Edgar was 20 years old. They were blessed with six children – three boys and three girls. The youngest, Pamela Ruth, is now deceased.
