Eight arrested in drug raid at Corbin residence

On July 24, 2019 Knox County Deputies Sam Mullins, Mikey Ashurst, Mike Broughton and Pat Clouse, converged on a residence on Meadow Lark Circle in Corbin after receiving numerous complaints of illegal drug activity at that location.

After conducting an investigation, deputies located several grams of suspected methamphetamine, several “meth “ pipes, several syringes, a set of digital scales and a loaded handgun.

There were a total of eight (8) individuals arrested inside the residence. Five of these individuals were convicted felons, four were charged with Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon.

Deputies arrested the following persons with the respective charges:

Kerri Gilliam age 39 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jason Bible age 39 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon.

Heather Wagers age 43 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon.

Roseana S Rainwater age 30 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon.

Marcus Tanner Hollin age 19 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ashley Hamilton age 29 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jason Merida age 43 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon.

Joseph Wagner age 31 of Corbin, KY charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also wanted on Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition/Shoplifting charge.

All eight were lodged in Knox County Detention Center
