Elisabeth Bishop Casey, 60 of Jellico, TN passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the U.T. Medical Center.

The family will receive friends: 2 – 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 1,

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel.

Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
