Elma Lee Cupp, born on December 8, 1940, in Williamsburg, KY, USA, passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 83.
Elma resided in Corbin, Kentucky and was a beloved member of the community. She was widowed, having been married to Charles Cupp for 53 wonderful years. In her retirement, Elma found joy in crocheting and listening to music, hobbies that brought her much peace and contentment.
Elma Cupp is survived by her children, Carl (Deborah) Cupp, Barb Douglas (fiancée Dewayne Vaughn), Susan (Herschel) Strickland III, and Anna Cupp. She was a cherished grandmother to Dana, Michael, Kristy, Sarah, Brandon, Cassandra, Zachary, Jessica, Luke, Donte’, Lazarey, Riley, Rheagen, Kyleigh, Joshua, and Khloie. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Blakley, D’ambro Jr., Pason, Elijah, Gabriel, Daniel, and Holly. Her step-grandchildren, Heaven, Howard, and Maggie were also dear to her heart. She is also survived by her brothers, Ray (Linda) Paul and Fred (Pam) Paul, along with several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who meant the world to her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cupp, and her parents, William and Harriett Paul.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the visitation on Saturday, October 12, at 4:00 pm, at the Croley Funeral Home, located at 103 South 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky.
The funeral service will be held the following day, Sunday, October 13, at 1:00 pm, also at Croley Funeral Home.
