Estel Lee Carroll, age 60 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, March 08, 2022 at his home. He was born February 09, 1960 in Frakes, Kentucky.
Estel is preceded in death by wife, Patsy Carroll; parents, Lee Roy and Dorothy Willis Carroll; sister, Haster Rapier and husband Jimmy.
He is survived by, son, Joseph Carroll, daughters, Amanda Carroll, Katelyn Carroll, and Charolette Carroll; ten grandchildren; brother, Roy Carroll; sisters, Mary Ruth Saunders and husband Steve; Joyce Brock and husband Dewayne; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
No service are planned at this time.
