Eunice Farmer

Eunice Farmer, 83, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018, in Fayetteville, NC.

Born December 3, 1935, in Harlan County, she was the daughter of the late Harl and Lillie Gambrel.

She was a founding member of New Hope Church of God in Corbin, KY.

In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eulis “Dude” Farmer; six sisters: Thelma, Stella, Stacey, Della, Ruth, and Ruby; and brother, Ernest.

She is survived by two sons: Rickey Farmer and his wife Muriel and Ronald Farmer and his wife Chong; five grandsons; six great grandsons; and one great granddaughter, as well as other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 21, at New Hope Church of God with Pastor Paula Farmer, Pastor Mike Addison, and Pastor Paul Cooper officiating.

Entombment followed in Resthaven Cemetery Baxter, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association.
