Father speaks out after daughter hit by vehicle in Williamsburg

Stan Huddleston holds his daughter, Mileigh, Monday. Mileigh ran out in front of a car and was hit Thursday, but wasn’t seriously injured. Although the car in question was driving below the speed limit, officials say speeding remains a problem in the area.

If the driver had been going much faster or the vehicle had been much bigger, a three-year-old Williamsburg girl might not be alive after being hit by a vehicle Thursday evening on Cemetery Road.
