Felicia Ann Phipps Paul, 61, passed away Monday, August 19, 2019 at Baptist Health in Corbin.

The funeral service was held Thursday, August 22, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.

Burial followed in the New Phipps Cemetery in Gray.
