Flora Prewitt

Flora Prewitt, age 94, of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Thursday April 17, 2025 at Baptist Health Corbin.
She was born September 15, 1930 in Whitley County, Ky. to the late Rev. Greene and Nannie Patrick Ellis.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Prewitt; one brother, James (Peggy) Ellis; three grandchildren, William Green, Brandon Riley and Amy Springston.
She is survived by two sons, Keith (Stephanie) Prewitt and Kenneth (Jan) Prewitt; one daughter, Kathryn (Dale) Clouse; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Bessie Siler; one brother, Dr. George (Joyce) Ellis; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 19, at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Denver Roberts officiating.
Interment will be in New Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm until funeral hour Saturday April 19, at the funeral home.
