Paul and Tammy Matney and Russell and Amy Foley of Corbin would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Chandra Tenille Foley, to Britt Dee Lawson, son of A.J. and Pat Lawson of Williamsburg.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Whitley County High School. The bride is a 2009 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she received a Master of Science in civil engineering with an emphasis in construction management. She is employed by Parsons Corporation. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received a Bachelor of Science in education. He is employed as a history teacher at South Laurel High School.
The wedding will take place on Saturday, June 6 at 4:30 p.m. at Buffalo Baptist Church with the reception following at the Corbin Technology Center. All family and friends are invited to attend. No local invitations are being sent.
