Former KSP trooper files lawsuit, claims ‘conspiracy’ led to arrest and discharge

A former Kentucky State Police (KSP) trooper is suing a state police sergeant, a state police lieutenant, the post commander for KSP Post 11 in London, and the KSP East Troop commander claiming the defendants “set in motion a conspiracy to cause the arrest and discharge of the Plaintiff from his position” of employment with the state police.
